The following terms rule the purchase of our products. We reserve the right to change the purchase terms. The eventual new rules will be effective since they will be published on our site and they will be referred to the purchase made at that moment. We therefore invite you to carefully read these terms every time you buy something from us.

1. Payment and shipping terms
   You may choose the terms of payment and shipping available on our site. It will be our duty to provide all the possible options we can, but terms of payment and shipping different from the ones suggested are not allowed. Products are sold at the prices you find on our site until they are modified.
2. Order acceptance
   To make an order you must be full of age.
   The order you send us will be bound only when you receive our e-mail in which we confirm that the order has been successfully completed, the payment has been authorised and the products are available. Print the e-mail and keep it. If you don't receive the e-mail with our confirmation, please contact us. None of the information on our site can be considered as an offer. It is simply an invitation to offer.
3. Right of withdrawal
   According to the force law no. 185/99 you have the right of withdrawing the contract without any loss and without giving us any explanation, non later than ten working days having passed from the day you have received the products. You must only communicate your intentions of withdrawing the contract (mention the way you would like to be refunded) by a registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt. Within the same time agreed, you can also send a cable, fax or telex, on condition that you send us confirmation by a registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt within the next 48 hours. Within the time agreed (ten working days) you must return the item in perfect condition with original packaging and accessories. The delivered items should be returned by the consumer at his own charge and on his own responsibility. As soon as we receive the products we will provide for a full refund.
4. Privacy
   We would like to inform you that law no. 675/96 warrants that the treatment of your personal data is in observance of the rights, the basic freedoms, and the dignity as well, with a specific reference to privacy and to personal identity. We will treat your data with lawfulness to defend your rights.
   According to the article 10 of the mentioned law, we inform you that the treatment of you data has the only purpose of proceeding with the execution of the contract. If necessary, for execution of the contract, we will provide to transmit your data to the shipping charged company and also to other companies providing to deal with the phases of the purchase and shipping of products. The data attribution is necessary in order to execute the purchase contract.
   We also inform you that your data could be treated in order to give you information about news, events, promotional discounts and launching of products. In order to communicate your data to our partner companies only for the same above mentioned reasons. The acceptance of this treatment modality is optional.
   As we have just explained above, we will not sell or disclose your personally identifiable information to any other company or individuals.
   With reference to the treatment of your personal data you can assert at the having jurisdiction sitting of the rights provided by article 13 of law no. 675/96.
   We are the holders of your personal information.
5. Shipping terms
   We promise to deliver the products to the carrier as soon as possible. You will be charged the shipping on the basis of the delivery terms chosen.
   The terms mentioned about the delivery options are referred to the time necessary for the product shipping. We will do our best to ship your products within that time, but we are not responsible for any damage occurred during shipment.
6. Warranty and assistance
   We warrant the products are not damaged. If you find any defect, you must communicate it within 8 days, by a registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt.
   We warrant that the products apply to the Italian and European regulations.
7. Applicable law
